Harrison Begay

Harrison Begay was a student of Dorothy Dunn at the old Santa Fe Indian School in 1930. Harrison, now in his 80's, is considered by many to be the Patriarch of the Navajo traditional artists. He has won many art awards including a special commendation from the French government for his contributions to the arts. He has been written up in numerous art publications and books.
